I just got my first box from Fresh Picks, a local organic delivery service! $15 bucks and I got:

Asparagus

Saute Mix of baby greens

Green Garlic

Cilantro

Tempeh (eh, Jesse where are you when I need you!)

and Spinach

I love it – everything looks so yummy. We recently used some green garlic and it’s so mild and fragrant.

I bet if you used some asian marinade on the tempeh and then saute it until crispy you’d like it…

That is a good idea. We are bbq’ing tomorrow, i wonder if it would be good grilled. We’ll see!!
